Why donate to JAZZ.FM91?

JAZZ.FM91 is a registered charity, and does not receive any government funding to operate.
JAZZ.FM91 is independent, not part of a large media conglomerate.
JAZZ.FM91 conducts many essential community outreach projects to support emerging artists and local jazz legends, and promote the genre to youth.
JAZZ.FM91 is a listener-supported station, and this year over 10,000 listeners have contributed their support and become members of our jazz family!

How can I change my address, credit card expiry, or other personal information?

Contact the JAZZ.FM91 Membership Services department to inform us of any changes.

I made a donation to JAZZ.FM91. Where is my thank-you gift?

Thank-you gifts may take six to eight weeks to arrive. Thank-you gifts are only sent once a pledge is paid. A thank-you gift is not automatic - you must request it. If you did not request a thank-you gift, your entire donation will be used to support the station. You can still request a thank-you gift by sending us an email with your request.

I made a donation to JAZZ.FM91. When will I receive my tax receipt?

Tax receipts are mailed out annually in January.

Can I make a donation in honor of someone or in memory of someone?

If requested, we would send recognition to the name and address provided by you. You can complete the on-line donation form and include the details in the comment section at the bottom of form. You can also call Membership Services during regular business hours at 416-595-0404 ext 245 (toll-free 1-888-595-0404).

Another way to make a lasting gift is to donate at the Jazz Patron level, and request an etched plaque on our Tribute Wall. For more information about becoming a Jazz Patron, please call 416-595-0404 x257

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cheque or money order made payable to JAZZ.FM91, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also process automatic bank withdrawal which is processed once per month at the end of the month.
